  • Lemon Myrtle – hemp botanical dressing (One part of Haenep Hempseed Oil, one part Apple Cider Vinegar, one part lemon juice and add steeped Hemp and stir in Lemon Myrtle botanicals). Refrigerate after use.

HOTCHA Warm Mushroom & Barley Salad
The earthy botanicals pair beautifully with mushrooms.

  • 500 grams Sliced Shirataki, Oyster, Button or Field mushrooms
  • 6 cups cooked Pearl Barley according to instructions and allowed to cool
  • 4 large shallots (peeled and sliced into 6mm rings
  • One clove finely minced garlic
  • Dandelion Root-Hemp botanicals
  • 60mls (1/4 cup) Orange juice
  • Salted Butter
 Using a skillet-Sauté mushrooms in two tablespoons of melted butter until golden brown transfer into a glass bowl. Add another two tablespoons butter to skillet and cook shallots, add in garlic and after 2-3 minutes turn off heat and add cooked pearl barley and then add the mushroom mixture back into the skillet. Add orange juice and stir. Serve warm.
